Tim Clayton, Registered Manager at FCA Yorkshire and Lincolnshire commented:
“This has been an immense team effort made possible by every single person involved in the agency and we could only have achieved this fantastic outcome together. We have very high aspirations for all of our children and young people and to see they are thriving in their developmental progress and reporting they are safe and happy living with their foster families makes me incredibly proud of what we are accomplishing.
The inspection also complimented many of our recent projects; the Participation services, our programme of events and our new ‘Group Supervision’ model which we have all worked so hard in ensuring are successful. Ofsted were also very impressed with our plans for supporting young people into the world of work and strengthening our Leaving Care services. The 23 placing local authorities we work closely with consistently provided extremely positive feedback about the services which also showcased the effective working relationships in place.
I am delighted with the inspection result and this reflects the dedication, hard work and enthusiasm from all of our foster carers and staff, of whom I cannot thank enough, we couldn’t have done it without you all”.
