FCA Cymru has always been a leader in providing quality care, support, and outcomes for young people in Wales. That’s why we’re embracing new legislation and will become a not-for-profit (NFP) provider to allow us to continue to support our foster parents and young people across Wales.

Here at Foster Care Associates Cardiff, we pride ourselves as being a friendly and welcoming group of people, who strive to make a difference to children and families lives.
In order to support our foster parents and children and young people in the best possible way, we have a regional group of highly skilled social workers and our own therapist who are brimming with experience and knowledge.
As well as continued around the clock support from your regional team, we provide you with ongoing training to help develop your skills throughout your fostering journey, including:
