We work with an amazing, diverse community of foster parents. If you're over 21 years of age, have a spare room and the legal right to live and work in the UK, then you already meet the initial requirements.

Payments and rewards for foster parents
At FCA we acknowledge and value all the great work our foster parents do. That's why, along with a generous fostering allowance, you'll receive:
- Two bonus payments each year of £250 in summer and £250 in winter
- An additional annual appreciation bonus from £150 up to £1,000 depending on length of service with us
- Generous mileage allowance for travel to attend our training and support groups
